This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund procedures for workspace organization consultation packages purchased from Naturwristwashin through naturwristwashin.world. Because our products are professional consultation services rather than physical goods, this policy addresses service cancellations and satisfaction guarantees rather than product returns.

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all consultation packages offered by Naturwristwashin including the Desk Clarity Session priced at $149 AUD, the Office Flow Blueprint priced at $389 AUD, and the Full Workspace Transformation priced at $749 AUD. It covers both on-site consultations within our service area and virtual consultations delivered nationwide. This policy does not apply to organization products such as storage containers, labels, or shelving that you purchase independently from third-party retailers based on our recommendations.

Australian Consumer Law

Our consultation services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services supplied again if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellation Before Session

If you need to cancel a booked consultation, the following refund schedule applies based on how much notice you provide before your scheduled session date and time:

To cancel a booking, contact us at office@naturwristwashin.world or call +61415350548 with your name, booking reference, and reason for cancellation. We will confirm your cancellation and process eligible refunds within ten business days to the original payment method.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your consultation without penalty if you provide at least forty-eight hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than forty-eight hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee of $35 AUD to cover consultant time allocation. Each booking may be rescheduled up to two times. Further rescheduling requests will be treated as a cancellation under the terms above.

To reschedule, contact us with your preferred new date and time. We will confirm availability and send updated booking details. Rescheduled sessions must take place within ninety days of the original booking date.

Cancellation by Naturwristwashin

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or postpone a consultation due to consultant illness, severe weather affecting travel to on-site appointments, or unforeseen emergencies. If we cancel your session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost, whichever you prefer. We will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to offer an alternative date within seven business days.

Virtual Consultation Technical Issues

If a virtual consultation cannot proceed due to technical failures on our end, we will reschedule at no charge or provide a full refund at your discretion. If technical issues on your end prevent the session from proceeding, we will wait fifteen minutes past the scheduled start time. If the session cannot begin, it will be treated as a rescheduling request. One complimentary rescheduling is offered for client-side technical difficulties per booking.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to delivering valuable workspace organization guidance. If you are dissatisfied with your consultation, contact us within seven days of your session date describing the specific concerns. We will review your feedback and, where appropriate, offer one of the following remedies at no additional charge:

Satisfaction guarantee requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may request documentation of the issues encountered and reserve the right to decline requests where the consultation was delivered as described and the client did not implement recommended changes.

Package-Specific Terms

Desk Clarity Session

The Desk Clarity Session includes a ninety-minute consultation and written summary. If the session ends early due to our consultant's schedule constraints, we will extend the session via a complimentary fifteen-minute follow-up call. Partial refunds are not available once the session and summary have been delivered.

Office Flow Blueprint

The Office Flow Blueprint includes a half-day on-site visit and comprehensive written plan. If weather or access issues prevent the on-site visit, we will convert the session to a virtual format or reschedule. The thirty-day email support period begins on the date the written plan is delivered.

Full Workspace Transformation

The Full Workspace Transformation includes a full-day consultation with hands-on sorting support. If the full day cannot be completed due to workspace size exceeding the agreed scope, we will schedule a complimentary two-hour continuation session. The sixty-day check-in call is scheduled at the time of plan delivery.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within ten business days to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account. We will send email confirmation when the refund has been initiated. Refunds are issued in Australian dollars regardless of the currency of the original payment method.

If you disagree with a refund decision, please contact us with supporting details. We will review your case within five business days and provide a written response. If the matter remains unresolved, you may contact the Office of Fair Trading in South Australia or seek resolution through applicable consumer dispute resolution mechanisms.
