Booking and Payment

Consultation packages are booked by submitting a request through our contact form or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Naturwristwashin specifying the consultation package, date, time, and total price in Australian dollars. Prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST where applicable and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

Payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation. We accept payment methods communicated at the time of booking. Failure to pay by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of your scheduled consultation. Travel beyond twenty kilometres from our Norwood studio may incur additional fees quoted before confirmation.

Consultation Delivery

On-site consultations are conducted at the address you provide within our service area or at our Norwood studio by arrangement. Virtual consultations are delivered via video call using a platform agreed upon at booking. You are responsible for ensuring access to your workspace or a suitable video environment at the scheduled time.

Our consultants will provide organization recommendations, written plans, and guidance based on professional expertise. Results depend on your implementation of recommended systems and ongoing maintenance. We do not guarantee specific productivity outcomes, as workspace organization is one factor among many that influence work performance.

Client Responsibilities

As a client of Naturwristwashin, you agree to provide accurate information about your workspace and needs, grant safe access to your premises for on-site consultations, be present or designate an authorized representative during scheduled sessions, make decisions about sorting and discarding items during hands-on portions of consultations, and purchase recommended organization products independently unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Naturwristwashin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or consultation services. Our total liability for any claim related to a consultation package shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific package.
